Team project

After two years of the launch of Sky physical stores, we wanted to understand how the Store works and what are the most and least attractive and useful areas for customers and manager within the Sky Shop.

We run 4 co-creation workshops with the managers of the Sky stores in Italy.

WORKSHOP

We designed a virtual/ digital co-creation workshop with the managers of Sky stores in all Italy. They were 27 managers, so we divided them in 4 groups of 6-8 participants.

The workshop was divided in 4 activities.

1.   Icebreker (2 minutes)

2.   Feeling thermometer (15 minutes)

3. Brainstorming with their thoughts on the different spaces (15 minutes)

4. Projecting the new Store (20 minutes)

And between each activity we did a moment for sharing their thoughts and ideas.

ICEBREAKER

The ice breaker was for understanding the tool (in this case we use Miro), to introduce themselves and for us to have a record of the participants.

This activity was to select a character, that was going to be their avatar during the workshop.

FEELING THERMOMETER

6.jpg

Understand the areas more and least interesting for the clients, rated with a thermometer.

We set one thermometer for each space and we collected at the end all the qualitative feedback.

WHAT THEY THINK ABOUT THE DIFFERENT AREAS

7.jpg

Understand their thoughts about the different areas.

We set one board for each space and we collected at the end all the qualitative feedback, what areas are most used, how they use them and what to improve.

PROJECTING THE NEW STORE

8.jpg

Observation of participants while they are playing to be the architects of the Sky Store.

We divide the participants in two groups where they created the "dream" space and then they explain what they did and why.

AFFINITY MAPS

The main tool for analyzing the results was categorizing doind affinity maps.

This is an example for the analysis of the brainstorming of their thoughts about the different areas.

INSIGHTS GENERATION

In this phase we analyze the data and generate insights about the most and least interesting areas ans some of the recomendations. In this portfolio I can't share them because I sign  a non-disclosure agreement and the the information is property of Sky.
