I use design thinking as a strategic approach and as a methodology for finding opportunities, innovative ideas and solutions for design projects and ideation workshops.
General design process: user research, synthesis, concept creation, prototyping, testing and high-fidelity UX/UI and visual design.
I am a strategic service designer and a UX designer in training. I am interested in generating a positive impact on people and on the planet, contributing as a designer applying a user-centered design approach to create impactful solutions, for having a more sustainable world.

Service and strategic design
Conducting research to learn more about users, their pain points, and uncover insights. Design to improve business outcomes through the analysis of the market, competitor’s positions and its continuous changes, exploration of new scenarios.
Main task: understand and empathize through empirical observation, experience and making.
Customer and user experience
Design using user centered approach for creating impactful solutions. I use human-centered design methodologies, designing for accessibility and social good, driving meaningful change in people’s lives through design.
Process: Research, testing and usability validation tests. Synthesizing real user feedback and improve final experience.
