We design and boost the digital service for paying for the  Area C ticket. The result was a direct link with google maps (for understanding the place, limits, and understanding fast that it exists) and an update for the web page. All of these for having more friendly, easier and quick user experience.

Aj is a family guy living in Lugano (CH) he needs to reach Milan for a meeting in Porta Romana.

Aj opens Google Maps from his smartphone to find out the best way to reach his final  location.

Aj checks the route and he decides to drive to Porta Romana with his own car.

Google maps  shows that the destination  is inside the borders of Area C.

Next to the route there is the link to find out more about the restrictions. A ticket is  needed.

The link opens the Comune di Milano’s  website where  there are more details about the  Area C.

With the plate number and few details the website can calculate straight away the amount due.

The website offers multiple payment methods to directly purchase the ticket.
